uh.. Not really.... where are you getting this information from? The reason why it's spreading is because health systems have collapsed in the african nations that are battling it.
You see the R0 value of ebola is 1-2 which means that one person is only likely to infect 1-2 others before he dies/recovers and that's not high AT ALL.

The R0 value for HIV is 2-5 and for measles is like 12-18. So comparing these numbers will give you a good sense of how dangerous it really is.

There are so many problems with this, I don't know where to start. Firstly, How Am I Supposed To Take You (Or Where Ever You Copied This From) Seriously When You/They Capitalise Every Word? I Guess It Is Easier To Come Up With Dumb Conspiracy Theories Than It Is To Learn Basic English. Secondly, depopulation IS viable via viruses. I'm not saying this is a good way of solving any of the world's problems, but just saying it is possible. Viruses/bad biology things don't start killing in large numbers straightaway like human conflict. It takes a while before the deaths start picking up. Pretty sure if you were to graph the number of people getting infected with a virus/dying to a virus, you'd see an exponential graph. Thirdly, defence forces aren't there just to kill the baddies. A major role that defence forces play is helping out during humanitarian crises. E.g. After the earthquake in Haiti, the ADF sent in C-130's filled with aid, as well as TROOPS to help the area out. They sure as hell weren't killing anyone there, or would you like to spin up some nice little conspiracy theory about that as well?

Now, I cannot disprove that Ebola is fake and all that, because unlike 9/11 there is actually a lack of evidence. So I am not saying that it isn't a possibility (however slim it is...) "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary" - Carl Sagan. If you're going to want to prove that Ebola is fake or a government conspiracy or whatever, you're going to need to a number of IRREFUTABLE evidence. Your points up there are just speculation.
