oh fuck, the multiplier doesnt even work in the most basic circumstance.
like the change in consumption x multiplier =/= change in GDP!!!! wtf!

what formula are you using for the multiplier? as this is an open economy, it cannot just be 1/1 - mpc, right?

im using open economy, as in multipler = 1/(1-b+m)
I get a multipler of 4.54, when it should be like 8 something according to me?

couldnt we just conclude by saying the decrease in savings and output is due to the multiplier effect? :D
