this will be much appreciated because since our school is public the publisher will not allow us to have the textbook, which is extremely unfair ;(

I'm not 100% sure, but if it's the 2021 version - the economics book will only be published next year around Feb (or maybe that's jsut for Year 12 idk).

This is about to happen to me... So do you just not have a textbook to study with for an entire term? Seems a bit tough

It was only for a few weeks but you can copy 10% or 1 chapter of a textbook for study purposes under fair use ( Refer to https://www.sl.nsw.gov.au/copyright...Act expressly states,out in the Copyright Act. ) and we didn't have an assessment the first term. So we relied on teachers notes, and copies of different chapters from different textbooks whilst we waited (or some people borrowed prior year's textbook from libraries).

Ohhhh got it, it's just that the Year 12 Dixon 2021 has been published and some schools already have the pdf of it. I just assumed that the 2021 Yr 11 textbook would have also been published too

Oh yeah, I remember now Dixon also sent the year 12 ebook version too, just not the physical copy as we did a class order for the textbooks.

I recommend reading books on epoch-making economics. For example, this is Karl Marx or Adam Smith. I advise you to read the original text because translation is a creative element. I recently read a cool book on economics in a journalistic style. The Yellow Wallpaper is a small book about simple things and meaning.
