If you do well, you'll be rewarded :)

You arent going to get pushed up if you just sit there and do nothing.

Generally, Economics is classed as the hardest 2 unit course you can do. Usually scaled higher than subjects like Physics.

Scaling wise.
See i thought this as well. ^^^

but after speaking to a few teachers and such from my school

Economics is regarded as the hardest 2 unit course, not that i have evidence to back up what i say though.

There is no yes or no answer. What one person thinks is hard, the other thinks is easy. This is life, everyone is different.

Quite agree with the above statement.

We have been told its the hardest 2 unit course, as it has so much content and the difficultly of the subject.

But i don't know how to take that information.

Whats your name?

Curious as to whether you'll get a state ranking in the subject.

I find it quite easy aswell.
Really straight forward.
I do physics and did chem in prelim and Economics is shit easy compared to them for me.

But it depends on the mark. I was fiddling around with sam and physics scales higher in some areas.

The difficulty of all subjects comes down the individual.

Remember there is several kinds of intellegences.

Just because a subject may be easy for someone, it could be very difficult for another.

that's true, i think in comparison to like 3 unit maths and stuff it's alot more straight forward because everything you need to know is in the textbook, it requires alot of time to read and learn but the actual information isn't too complex in comparison to crazy equations etc

the concepts in economics are quite simple but in order to get the higher marks in essays you need current data, an indepth knowledge of the concepts and you need to be able to relate it to current events.

If you only learn off the textbook it's quite restricting...
Economics is so much more interesting if you read abroad and watch shows on abc like the 7:30 report...

True, need to integrate information from different sources especially for extended response. A solid underestanding of textbook is also needed.
