I am going to go to edu kingdom college centre in Penrith or Blacktown. To anyone who has been there, is it good? How well do they teach and how good are their resources? What resources do you get? What schools are the people from over there? Just wanna know some background info in the centre. Thanks in advance for the people who helped.

no offense but not many people would recommend you go tutoring in yr 9 (unless its super accelerated tutoring of some sort) because they consider it a waste of time and money, mainly because yr 9 results dont count and no one tries

No offence donkily, tutoring is for students who need help with their studies. The marks may not matter, but the knowledge does. You don't flick a switch in Year 11 and know everything from the last 4 years of high school.

All centres and teachers are different, hard to judge an entire centre on one person's experience. Best to try it out for a week and judge it on your own experience. If you learn something valuable, then stay; if you dont, then leave.
