It's very basic, but this is how I understand it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but homeostasis counteracts the change, so in the end, they internal conditions didn't change. But with enantiostasis, the internal conditions change accordingly to the external conditions.

Ok basically-

Homeostasis maintains the organism's internal environment close to its ideal conditions.
Enantiostasis results in wider fluctuations. The organism continues to function but not necessarily at optimal efficiency.

Enantiostasis is the maintenance of metabolic and physiological functions in response to variations in the environment.

Homeostasis is the process by which organisms maintain a relatively constant or stable internal environment for body cells. It consists of the two stages, detecting changes and counteracting changes from the stable state.
