So I just got accepted to transfer from comm/adv math to comm/mech eng but I have a few questions about the whole process.

-There was some news on the UNSW website stating that from semester 1 2016 onwards the courses you transfer over will be included in the calculation of your new WAM (here: https://student.unsw.edu.au/credit-transfer), does this mean that if I accept now they won't be included?

-Will the courses I transfer be included in the calculation of my engineering honours WAM? Only subjects that I've completed which can be for sure counted towards the degree are MATH1141/1241 and PHYS1131, done a number of the level 2 maths courses which should exempt me from MATH2019 but I have no idea how it'll all work in the calculation of honours WAM, or if they'll count at all.

Tried emailing the engineering school office a while ago but got a half assed response which didn't answer any specifics; has anyone else been in a similar situation?

Yeah gonna drop by this Thursday. Do you know if your WAM gets reset on program transfer? That's the more concerning part for me haha, don't want 3 years of busting my nuts to go down the drain.
