Engineering studies - A students workbook by John Rochford

(The red one) is good enough as a guide, but you should also get info from other sources

I am using a combination of the Rochford and Excel.. However as Aaron said, some books have better info than others. For example, I am using Schlencker's (or however you spell it) "Introduction to Materials" for some stuff on heat treatment etc.
