Ok so i think i screwed this question up as it said to write from the perspective of either a teen or parent, and i wrote from the perspective of an english teacher. I didnt specify whether she was a parent or not, although i do remember having some things written that could of been taken as coming from a parent.
Do any of you guys think it will matter?
I really hope whoever marks it doesnt pick up on it.

I don't think it'll matter. As long as you wrote appropriately for an adult.

my friends wrote about msn and mobiles and stuff.
i interpreted communication differently, and i thought it was parents and teenagers talking to each other.
iis that still alright O_O

I didn't even specify who i was which was probably stupid. Whoever i was, i was outraged at the "unhelpful stereotypes" and "elitist" comments of the articles. Which was creative of me lol.

you may lose a mark or 2 for not making the parent thing clear, but as long as the question serves the purpose, thats probably the worst you can expect.

I like using extended metaphors in writing. It really makes your writing stand out and acts as a very sophisticated conclusion. Can't wait to get my results. Aced the letter to the editor and short story,

Hope my writing gets selected for the "exemplary samples" lol.

I screwed it up. I wrote from the view of a parent with two teenage daughters. It was written very badly.. and there was such limited space - so I couldn't cross anything out and start all over again.

LOL. I wrote from a mother's perspective, about how pissed off at the editor she was for wrongly portraying teenagers as foolish, irresponsible and disrespectful in relation to their use of mobiles and technology marketed at teenagers.

It was very brief, and I don't think I wrote as much as I would have liked to, because it was one of my favorite questions in the English SC exam, after the short story.

Mine was bad - I started talking about how I think there should be a 'text tax' to solve the problem of teenage communication.

Where we supposed to make reference to the article?
