English Scaling + Atar estimate (1 Viewer)

Hey All.

I do reasonably well in all subjects aside from english, So i'm wondering how much getting a mark in the high 60s to mid 70s will rape my ATAR.
Some people have told me that getting a raw mark in the 70s for adv english in the HSC will scale up to a band 5, but that just sounds ridiculous.

If i pull the following raw marks for my HSC exams, what will my atar be (My assessments were all pretty close to this)

Adv english: 72%
Biology: 84%
Physics: 85%
Ext 1 maths: 70%
Ext 2 maths 55%

Oh, yeh, my school rank is about 60. Why's that important?

For an ATAR estimate, you need ranks which means you need a school rank to put them into perspective. A raw mark of high 60's/100 (english is aligned out of 100 as paper one is worth 40%, whilst paper two is worth 60) is enough for band 5. Last year, a mark of 84.5/100 aligned to 93.

3/18 biology
4/7 physics (no joke, the 3 people in front of me are straight 95s in every exam people)
