arent tutes compulsory

I thought all tutorials would be like that?tutorial lectures they just pick out questions and do it and explain it further.
yeh but math tutorials are in class (small class like high school) and is compulsory.I thought all tutorials would be like that?
Don't know if you're referring to my timetable or not, but if so, I'm living on campus so showing up for a one hour lecture in the morning is no problem for meu really don't want to go to uni for a 1 hr tute. tank it on another day.
some tutes are compulsory, some are't.
the physics one is a 'lecture' tute so you don't ahve to go. waste of time too.
its a matter of personal preference, well COMP1911 assumes you know jack all about computers, then 2 weeks starting the course you're on your way to some programming already.also if you do electrical you HAVE to do either COMP1911 or COMP1917 (COMP1911 being the easier course)
im in 3rd year, less class times so im stuck with an 1 hour tutorial on wednesday.u really don't want to go to uni for a 1 hr tute. tank it on another day.

sup omie jayif you're doing mechatronic, or comp/eng, then go for comp1911 (it's harder than engg1811 and it involves C programming).
otherwise just go with engg1811 (vba i think, its easier), but if you like C programming and are good at it then there's no reason why u cant go with comp1911.
main thing is that comp1911 is ESSENTIAL with mechatronics and comp sci, i think comp sci students actually have to do comp1917..
We might end up in the same classes for a long time (also doing aerospace/sci)Mech (probs end up doing aerospace) but I'm doing Eng/Sci, hence the extra Chem course.
