yeh a was a lil confused too, but doesn't matter, you can always change it when you goto uni

BTW, does anyone know when we have to go to uni in person to do the enrolment? (if there is any) and pay uni fees, get student ID/concession etc?

You have to make sure that the subjects you enrol in for each term are available in the term you indicated you want o study them in but it might do that for you automatically, I am not sure:).

yay i just finished enrolling
and i must say i hate all the choice for the timetable
i didn't like choosing which part of my elective to do first

you had to wait around 2 days to be able to enrol after you accepted your offer
mine came up yesterday sometime...

What's the easiest way to find out your time table?

Trust me they haven't made it any easier than last year...
Go to https://connect.newcastle.edu.au/enrol/index.cfm
Log in
Click on "Course Enrolments" on the left hand side of the page
Click on the "My Timetable" tab near the top of the page
It's a bit of a mess really. I usually copy the whole thing into a word doc or spreadsheet and try and organise it into table form... usually takes some time since there are often numerous options for tutes/labs and you have to make sure nothing overlaps... or as little as possible anyway :D
It's a really good idea to organise your timetable now so you know which tutes/labs fit in with your timetable so you can make the best choice when registration opens. And make sure you get in early once tute/lab rego opens otherwise you get left with the dodgy times...

My timetable is awesome. If I manage to get the tutorials I want, I won’t have to go to uni on Thursday and Friday, with Monday morning being clear as well. The latest I finish is 5pm.

Haha yeah I reckon... what's the lecture for? I've got a Comp Lab Mon 5-7pm. I haven't decided what's worse tho... late finishes or great big gaps in the middle of the day...
