What are the units that are used for the formula?

All I know is:

If you're using C = 4180 J/Kg/K then m --> kg, if C = 4.18 J/g/K then m---> grams. And then H is always in J which you can change to KJ by dividing by 1000.

Just make sure you don't get confused by the K on the data sheet, i thought it stood for kg...silly me...and it isnt haha
