Its in topic 4- economic policies and management. Towards the end of the syllabus right before evaluation of policy constraints.

taxes, subsidies, basically anything that stuffs with price mechnism and operation of markets

regulations are like laws.

depends, regulations can completely ban things, so you should talk about that and say how its effective (find some recent stuff)

market based stuff - talk about taxes on goods with negative externalities e.g. petrol and also subsiding "environmental goods" and then talk about carbon tax if it will/is effective or not. there are many other things that you should search up the net for.

just bs for these questions and back up every point you say, should be good.
