Is anyone else finding it excessively difficult to condense everything into an essay that vaguely resembles something that can be written in an hour? I just can't seem to fit all 4 texts into an essay that's shorter than about 2400 words - and I can't write that in an hour. Any tips for cutting down???

Holy crap, I have the opposite problem, lol. I also grip my pen really hard and get blisters and cramps...

Lol, soz, anyone have a useful contribution?

Are you answering a specific question? Usually a thesis statement in the question will narrow down what's relevant to a particular essay. The fact that you are working with so many words now is great cause your knowledge will be broad and you can focus it when you get the question. If you already doing that - I'd give it to people you trust for comment, just keep the clearest most salient points - Very hard to edit your own work but you have to be ruthless - you need about 1000 words or you'll go insane.

Agreed, doing CF and I currently have a 6 page (typed) working essay.
