i agree, the whole concept of globalisation is boring. I don't mind the concepts of free trade, methods of protection and reasons for protection, but the rest i have to say i can't get into

I think im ok for globalisation now (IF i dont fall asleep on the exam table :p), trade flows and all that stuff should be straightforward enough. Boring as it IS, it is an easier extended repsonse to answer.

i dont kno i find it hard to answer globalisation essays... but mayb thats coz i get too bored to study it...

It will be an evironmental one.. i overhead an examiner (teaches at my skool) in the staff room.

What do you think the chances of them asking something to do with employment? After all, last years hsc had two of the extended responses dedicated to either the labour market or unemployment?

if u got the handout from the BOS earlier this year with notes on specific areas, then u will have been given a huge hint as to wat the essays are ;)

2nd essay a choice of either protection, and globalisation/effects on CAD etc

thats what i reckon too although rather than CAD it may be more general, ie. external indicators
