Essentials to take to uni? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, just wondering, what are the essentials that we should bring to uni. Can we bring a laptop/tablet for note taking or is that nerdy...?

No, it's completely fine to take a laptop/tablet if it's ideal for you.

Just remember that in some labs you won't be able to use the laptop (for safety reasons and in some cases for privacy reasons too) so you'll end up resulting to the good ol' fashion pen and paper and also lab books/tutorial course books are hand written too (easier for the marker). But for lectures a laptop is covenient. But for units which has a lot of drawings eg. ANAT and HSTO and PHSI in 2nd Year you may want to invest in a touch screen laptop or a tablet but drawing them with pen and paper is neat too.
