well UAC scales the marks based on the raw marks, the aligning is only there to make them look good.

anyways the rounding works both ways
using my example 96_97 would give you 97 for 3/4u people
but 48/50 (96) for 2/3u

my maths teacher told us, and he's like a senior coordinator man thing.. hes marked papers and all that dandy stuff before so he knows what he's on about said that for the 06 paper, a mark in the 50s (cant remember what) scaled up to a band 6.

thats what i'm going by LOL

Well, all I can say is I'm glad I dont have your maths teacher.

Extension 1 maths only has 4 bands.
