ok we have to read a statement and identify the misconception then rewrite the statement correctly... this is quite easily however i have done many of the same thigs over and over again and i am running out of ways to word my statements...please help on the one..
"Environmental changes drives the adaptation of organisms. Those with the greatest exposure to the change are able to evolve the best and survive easier than thos who do not try to adapt. Repeated exposure increases the chance of survival."
o.k. MISCONCEPTION:length of exposure to an environmental change will not affect the adaptaion of an individual organism, rather the population as a whole...?
there are plenty more...but how to re write it is a little difficult....

Also
"Evolution cannot be observed and thats why it is not scientific law and always remains only a theory"
MISCONCEPTION: evoltion can be observed through comparative embryology, palaentology, comparative anatomy, etc...

however rewriting the is tricky...i'm not really confident in explaining law and theory...

help would be much appreciated

Evolution does not have to do with the time of exposure but if an organism has characteristic which are desirable. And also organisms do not try to adapt. They either have a trait which allows them to survive when there is an environmental change or they do not (in which case they die)
Im also not really sure on the way to rewrite that.

For the second one...
Areas of study such as comparative embreyology, palaentology etc, give evidence for our theories, however they are not proof that it did occur in any specific manner.

Hope that helped

Misconception: Evolution is a scientific explanation of natural events that is so well established that new evidence is more likely to agree with it than refute it. Due to its well established explanation evolution becomes a scientific theory. In science, a theory refers to a comprehensive explanation of an important feature of nature that is supported by many facts gathered over time. To say that evolutionary theory 'only remains a theory' is therefore extremely retarded. Being a theory it allows scientists to make predictions about as yet unobserved phenomena.
