I screwed up my English Module A essay. I forgot the main points I was suppose to raise in one of my paragraphs, got a complete mind blank. Then I wrote my 3rd paragraph where my 2nd paragraph was suppose to go and etc. and I muddle up the whole order of the essay.

I got stuck in traffic on my way to my Geography half yearly, turned up half an hour late, took them another 20 minutes to find a copy of the exam for me. Still managed to finnish and write 5 pages for the essay haha

I remember in Prelim 3U and Business studies, I crammed for like most of the night and slept for an hour. Went in and did the test while half dead and thought I was screwed. But next term, I got my results back: 3u - 82/84 and Business 84/100 (Not that great but first O.O).

I screwed up my very first Extension 2 Maths assessment. Caught up and was first at the end of the year.

I screwed up my Half yearly Biology assessment. Caught up and was first at the end of the year.

I actually followed the same path lol, I got 40s and 60s in half yearlies and pwned onwards, In the end I came 1st in 3 subjects !!!!!!!!!!!

Not a screw up so much as a random HSC story.

I was doing the IPT HSC while I had a very sneezy cold. Ended up sniffling and sneezing so often that the supervisors gave up giving me tissues and gave me the entire box instead.

Something similar happened to my friend who was sitting in front of me.
Last year in maths, he had a massive cold, and a pack of tissues hit him in the head in the middle of an exam (the kleenex 10 pack ones), and we didn't know where it came from

Came 189th/210 in English Advanced in Year 11. Ended up with a HSC mark of 93.
