Hi the question asks

Show that the curves y=e^x and y=(e-1)x+1 meet at A(0,1) and B(1,e). Do we show by solving them simulataneously if so how??

Sometimes it is much easier to show each of the 2 given points satisfies the 2 equations than trying to solve the 2 equations simultaneously.

sub in the x values to each equation and they should get the y values specificed and thus the points satisfy both equations
