Do they look very closely at the odometer readings? I've made a few mistakes but it's been too late to cross it out and go to a new line.

And lol a girl I work with only had to do 20hours, which she faked. And the day after she got her license she sped in the rain on a roundabout. Didn't enjoy the result.

Yeah, that makes ALOT of sense.
"I never learned how to drive in the rain. YEAHHHH im gonna be a hoon!"

Teenagers will be teenagers regardless of how many hours they did with their parents. You really think anyone drives on their P's how they did on their L's? I learnt more the first week of being a P-Plater than the 15 months of being an L-Plater.
Obviously didnt read the twat part.

finally some one on this forum who feels the same way i do about faking log book hours!!

I am about to go for my licence on the 17th and im shitting myself with nerves and excitement.

oh btw, how much did it cost you for your Ps? I go straight to my p2 so i dont have to do the hazard perception test so bit of saving there. But how much did it cost those of you who have got their ps...someone told me like over $150/.....
Driving Test - $46
Provisional P2 Licence - $75
Total - $121

Licensing fees

Good luck. :)

imho there comes a point in the 120hrs where you just can't improve anymore with someone beside you. need to be alone to self discover etc.

just a random q cause cbf making a new thread -

say you're at an intersection with traffic lights and you're in the right lane and want to turn right. the traffic lights goes green for straight but the arrow remains black (actually doesn't matter if the arrow is there for this question) - on the other side cars are going straight so you can't turn yet, gotta wait until theres a safe gap, but my question is - are we meant to wait behind the white line when trying to turn or can we nudge the nose of our car ahead (ie. our car halfway over the white line) to enable a quicker turn?

i see everyone + my parents included do this, but i was thinking the RTA would't like it becaus of the whole 'safety' thing in case someone runs a red light.

sorry if my q was abit confusing lol

okay bro
do you mean, waiting to turn right, no safe gaps in traffic from teh cars going the other way, so where do you wait?

you move out so you are inline with the median of the road you want to turn onto and wait there

if there is no safe gap and the traffic lights turn red, you get right of way to go then and you arent runnning a red
