Hi guys how do you fight fatigue when you;re studying?
I was trying to study on many attempts today but i always get really tired!
Any help will do

take a nap between 2pm-4pm (or wenever u feel tired)
when I studied 9am-9pm last yr, I'd always sleep between those hours, coz yeah I found myself getting tired too
after ur nap, grab a drink and then ur recharged for the rest of the night

I would take a nap but I have afternoon exams too so I may feel tired in exam room. I was practically exhasted today though, 9 to 9 is tiring stuff, even with breaks

I thought you studied at the state library?

lol...

its normal if ur tired after study...naps are good but dun rely on them too much...
just take breaks, drink water and freshen up every now and then

i used to do 8am to 10pm....and after that i would hit the bed straight way......u wouldb too tired to read another paragraph or even think ...u just fall asleep striaght way.....and i acutalli found (by having a study sleep routin ) that helped meeh to reduce fatigue during day time.....although now i am just burnt out.........i did that for all of yr 10 and the beigiing of year 11...but now i am just burnt out..

Year 10 and 11, sheesh, that's heaps for those years, wait, thats heaps for year 12 as well :p

yeah i also get tired really quickly, and i have heaps of breaks, and i can't sleep during the day, and i wake up tired in the morning! ah

wow shit.. is that like non-stop? or with breaks? even with breaks.. thats damn alot.. !

a very tech tip xiaoman, but anyway, check what refresh rate you've set your monitor on...
usually people complain when it's 60Hz coz that's really bad when you read little fonts (like mine) on comp...

Right-click on desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Monitor > Screen Refresh Rate.
Change the value to 85Hz or higher.

I got this during the year.....believe it or not it is actually a pyschological thing, you're not tired at all you just don't wanna do it. To overcome it I started excercising before sitting down to study--go for a 30 min walk or jog (whichever you can do without having a heart attack!) and then come home and sit down. It will make you feel refreshed. Trust me it works.
