I can only briefly remember Keating and bad words used in the same sentence as a kid and Howard has been PM since then so....

Anyway, from what you always here and read Menzies was a good Prime Minister.

That's like saying we have a substantial amount of both Victorians and Australians in Australia. Taiwanese ARE Chinese.
I think he was meaning those who owe their allegiance to the Republic of China and those who owe their allegiance to the Peoples Republic of China. You damn well knew it as well.

I'd like to see either Kevin Rudd or Bob McMullan as PM.

I think suicide would be on the cards if Costello or Downer became PM.

Who is believed to have instructed a hairdresser "Make me look as much like Thatcher as you can" - no joke.

Gough Whitlam! The best prime minister by far! Where would this country be if it wasn't for Whitlam?

Even worse: Helen Coonan, Trish Draper, Downer, Anderson, Vaile, Hill.

Of all the Liberals the only decent option is Brendan Nelson, and this has been brought into question through his VSU legislation and flag pole fetish.

If I was a communist I don't think I would say Bob Hawke. He essentially abandoned socialism in favour of the free market.

If I was a communist I would probably choose Malcolm Fraser lol :)

of the prime ministers ive had dealings with, you cannot go past the stoicism and jockey-like qualities of billy hughes. not only did the two of us steer our great land through WWI, but he also introduced my favourite labor policy to date - white australia.
