I am not an Aus citizenship yet but am sitting my exam next friday...


Do I decline this offer first ? Will I be able to make a change to this later ? (incase that I get the citizenship before the census date).

You're not officially an Australian citizen until you attend the ceremony, taking the exam is just the first stage to it. Even if you pass the exam, you'll have to wait for your local council to invite you to attend the citizenship ceremony.

I suggest you to accept it and yes, you can change by contacting UNSW.
