what is the most suitable production to write about regarding the feminist reading? Im thinking of using elliot's but is there a better one out there?

Go see Queen Lere @ the pact theatre in erskinville. but the only problem is: there isnt a lot of material on this years production.

I think Richard Eyre is a good one to use for feminist even though it's more family psychological, there are still heaps of feminist stuff in it.
Some people recommended the Peter Brook one...

I agree that Eyre's production is a really good one to use. I used it last year and found it the best one for me (I found Brooke's a little too absurdist based). You can focus on how Lear's daughters satisfy the Madonna/Whore complex (when Regan kisses Lear) and the costuming is also indicative of female sexuality which is undermined in the play.
