Finance and financial economics major instead of finance and economics major?? (1 Viewer)

Currently second year studying commerce/economics at UNSW. Thinking about majoring in financial economics instead of purely economics (with finance). Not naturally good at nor enjoy the quantitative demand of economics and can't imagine forcing another 3 years doing it. What are your thoughts on a double major in finance and financial economics?

Defs avoid financial economics if you're not mathematically inclined. I'd instead recommend business economics, which is also under the commerce stream.

There's a lot of econometric contents in financial economics major, if you don't like math probably don't do it.
