Hey all, I was considering doing a fingerstyle piece, maybe Ocean by the John Butler Trio (sadly not the 12 minute version). John plays with his nails but I work in a restaurant, so I can't grow my nails long and have to play with my finger tips instead. Would/could the markers mark me down for not playing it with my nails?

I don't think they would mark you down for not having fingernails!

Just get some fingerpick things. Or be fashionable and get some acrylics darliiiiiing.

uses nails or fingertips is just prefference, some ppl rather either one, and u shouldnt get marked down cause of that, if u really want u can get pingerpicks and a thumb pick. Im a fingerpicker, play a lot of leo kottke, and i just use finger, mainly cause im lazy, but eh your choice
