first of all i would just like to say that the questions that i got all through me off a bit but werent too bad... now getting back to the topic

P+H- questions were a bit random but i finished the section 15mins early
Sparta was also a little weird but that was also done within half an hour
Agrippina was the best and i was able to crap on for the whole 45mns
persian wars i did the first option even though there wasnt much to write on leonides, but that also took m 45mins

so i was basically left with half an hour.... anyone else finish heaps early -who did all the questions PROPERLY

also u know how we are usually specified with a different booklet for the societies question, well our school didnt get one - did everyone not get one and hadto write the answers in a normal answer book???

i took 45 mins for all the questions, Agrippina took me a bit longer actually coz i was crapping on too so i kinda ran out of time for the julio claudians. Lots of our class did leave early tho, like 1.5 hours early too....

We had no special book for our societies too, but i get wat ya mean we did that in the trials too. Overall a good exam tho.....

lol i atttempted this exam PROPERLY...everything went okay...but spent too much time on Agrippina i feel...but finished the exam with a minute to spare...literally lol...

Odd though...from a class of 60 at the beginning of the test...only 8 were remaining by the end...shows the dedication we have...there goes our non existent school ranking...

Overall, pretty good exam...guaranteed pass... at least:)

I didn't finish early in the end, but I did give myself almost an hour to finish the final essay.

I suppose I could have crapped on a bit more on the personality question, but I felt 5 pages was enough.

i ended up finishing 15 minutes early and had written more for most of the pompeii and herculaneum answers than there were lines for and every other sctio was 6-8 pages. i have small writing, gets a bit bigger in exams, but i still manage about 10 words a line. about people leaving early, we had about 10 ppl from a group of 50ish leave early, which sucked cos it is really distracting. i reckon thats a rule tey need to look at, cos it can be really off putting. goes to show, with all the stuff they go on with about having consideration for other peoples marks etc, who the ppl are that have none

i thought it was well spaced out. had heaps of time. finished bout 12.20, so i just read over answers and made sure all the numbers n such were right. we only had 4 people sit it and 1 left at 11.30/12ish and the other at 12, but me and a friend stayed whole time.

Yeah I only finished about 10 minutes early and still wrote 19 pages for the last three sections so I just went back and checked everything.

Quite a few people at my exam, myself included, finished early. I filled up a book on both my character study and time period, and about 6-7 pages on my society study.

Not much more I could have done.

Yeah i finished with half an hour. Which is kinda distressing me. I never finish exams early.. cause.. I usually run out of time... but yeah. serves me right for socialising the night before rather than studying:rofl:

It's interesting, cause someone said they only had like 8 people left at the end... my exam started with about 35(ish) people, and we had 34 left at the end. And the one personal that did leave left in like the last minute that he could - you know before you aren't allowed anymore (in the last 15 minutes). I've had three exams so far, and I've only seen 2 people leave!!!

I started with Agrippina, did that for 45mins, then did Persians wars for 45mins, then society for 45 and finished with section one which didn't take me long at all. I got part way through Section one and was like "wow, i can start slowing down"...I still needed an extra writing booklet for every section, including section one.

I had a girl leave after bout 45 mins in mine... dont think that was well done. i went slowly, so i think i did a good job. i work fast generally, which is great for things like english where i have lots to write but i had heaps of time to spare... i did p&h in about 30, egypt in 30, hatshepsut in the 45 and then rome in 30. so yea, i had heaps of time to spare too. but heaps of ppl were the same in my class

Yeah, I finished P & H no problems with 15 minutes to spare as well so I was feeling fairly confident having that little bit of extra time up my sleeves seeing as I usually run out of time or finish right as they say stop writing. I ended up needing the time for my NKE response anyway which is the only response that I'm feeling a bit iffy about. In the end I finished with about five to ten minutes to spare and was one of only five people still left in the exam room. I was surprised to see that some people left after only the first hour.

We have 15 people in do our Ancient History exam at our school and as soon as the first hour was up, three left and by full time, there was only 3 people left. It made me angry. But it was a good exam.
