Dun dun DUNNNNNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnnn lol.

Anyway, I thought it was alright.

Lecture classes were larger than I thought, practicals seem to be a very good place to socialise, lectures are pretty hard places to try to socialise. The thing where you have to buy your own notes is CRAP, and Wednesday will suck. But Friday will kick arse, of course.

Yes, I will stay in my course. I can't exactly wander into Medical Science can I? Unless the lecturers are corrupt enough to let me in. :D

I love it, I just started my first year yesterday. I have met quite a few people already, which is quite an acheivement considering the amount of friends I have made from school could be counted on one hand.

Today is fucked for my timetable, I have maths from 8-9, then I go home. Weak. Another 12 weeks of that....

yeah i was at uni last year but i changed courses, and my ag friends breaks dont line up very well with my vet breaks, besides, i cant go through the entire 5 year degree and not make friends!
Thats kinda why i'm not very enthusiastic, since i already did the whole making friends thing last year, and you dont reallise what an effort it is until you have to do it again!

WHO WANTS TO BE FRIENDS WITH ME :D

Dammit, all the 'friends' I make in lectures disappear after the lecture, never to be seen again and I rarely crash into anyone I know. I don't think anyone has a timetable anything like mine :(

Yeah it's been a pretty tough 2 days (except for Monday, I only had a 1 hr lecture). Today was a shocker, an early lecture at 8 and my last lecture finished at 3.
Most of my good high school friends are at other uni's and I only know a few ppl doing my course, and their breaks don't line up with my breaks either, so at this VERY early stage, I do miss High School, but I'm sure once I get to know some ppl I'll enjoy it a bit more.
The long lines certainly don't help with trying adjust to uni life, huge timetable lines, long line at the Copy Centre and Co-op bookstore. But thats probably just the first week rush.

yeah its pretty hard to make friends as you virtually never see the same people more then 1-2 times a week

Two days into the course and i'm already feeling the whole wierdness of changing from high school to uni.. different definitely.. which is sort of expected.. i suppose everyone else is feeling the same way..

Thank goodness i have one of my good friends and my cousin going to Usyd otherwise i'll be a total loner! (i apologise to all the loners out there.. don't worry you'll find someone.. eventually..) i wouldnt be able to handle uni life otherwise..

I'm hoping that with tututorials starting next week i'll meet new people (they can't run away coz there'll be only 18 people in the class.. hehe) Anyways my lectures so far have been a snoozer.. just course outlines and stuff.. hopefully it'll get interesting soon..

all i can say abt. uni. at the moment is the amount of walking that u need to do- especially in this hot weather....i reckon we walk atleast 5 kilometers everyday at uni. and it really does get tiring when its a super hot day like 2day....so as i told some one- the unigym doesn't need a treadmill, since u already do so much walking anyways. :D

and oh yeah, this is where UTS has the the advantage.
