Is it worth going to the first year science camp?
Not sure if I should or not
Anyone gone previously and can tell of their experiences?

Didn't know they had one.
Where'd you get the details from?

I highly recommend you do. It's a lots of fun and you meet new people who you'll know throughout your time at uni. I can't anything else, everything else has been mentioned above.

Then again I'm a SciSoc exec and I'm not the most reliable source on SciSoc events. :p

I went as a leader. It was crazy. In a good way. (though maybe not if you're under 18 and they enforce RSA stuff). Good bonding experience with people you're bound to see around a lot in the next few years and you'll forever have stories with 'that time at science camp'.
do they tend to enforce the RSA stuff? might not be able to go to science camp, but already signed up for business camp. hopefully it's okay, although i usually still have a chill time without drinking (unless im like thrown out by myself haha )
