If it's any consolation buddy, I did a 4.5 hour commute from Woy Woy area to the uni each day in 1st year.

Some awesome scissor/paper/rock games with friends on the train home were had though.

Ah, the innocence of being a freshman. :(
Shit I Live in woy woy:burn: Didnt realise it was that far. Oh well i can plug into ipod lol.

Yeh Chris, how'd you figure 4.5? Isn't Woy Woy one of the earlier stops on the way to Syd? I thought it was like 45mins from Newie.

Ok so here it is:

Woy Woy - Hamilton: Approx 90 minutes [Express Train]
(usually 10 - 15 minute waiting time at platform)

Hamilton - Uni Station: 10 minutes
(usually 15 - 20 minute walk from station to Shortland side)

First leg of travel total: 130 minutes

Total travel time: 130 x 2 = 160 minutes

Thus, 160 minutes = 4.33 hours

All that's provided that there's no trackwork. :)

Congrats buddy.

I can't give you the above requested, but I can substitute with the following:

- The bum of a rollie
- Bottlo' Passion Pop
- One of the finest ladies in Islington

PS. Make you contribution to the UNCLE's offer thread. Naow!

Haha cut him some slack. He still did the right calculation despite typing it incorrectly.
I love that no one noticed till now though (or said anything anyway).

Somebody's pedantic.

Oh wait, you're mathsy.

Meh, you get the idea when I state "first leg of trip = 130 minutes". So I gotta get back somehow.

Basically, I used to be travelling 2 lots of 130 minutes.

1 ah ah ah.
2 ah ah ah.
3 ah ah ah.
4 ah ah ah.

4 birds ah ah ah.

Man, I miss that guy. :(
