You bench 85kg @ 53kg? If that's true, that's incredible.

I'm 71kg according to my gym's scale last night.

Ive got an older friend in his 20's, kinda short guy, 47kg, can bench 110kg. Much better than me lol. Though he's twice my age haha.

I've seen a ~50kg woman squat 120kg for a rep

size has NOTHING to do with strength. strength is all about dem neural pathways

Today I'll be attempting:
Overhead Press - 30kg 3x5
Lateral raises - 10-15kg 3x5
Deadlifts - 72.5kg 3x5
What I did:
OHP - 30kg 3x5
Lateral Raises - 9kg x 10, 10kg x 10, 15kg x 5 (poor form)
Deadlift - 75kg 3x5

PB's all round yay for lateral gains

I work with got some ASN define-8, takes a scoop in the morning and a scoop before a cardio sesh, droped 2% bf in like 2-3 weeks and still eats carbs and some junk food
or go on bb.com and buy green tea tabs. I got 3 x 200 tablets for like 12 bux or something when they were on special.
