I am pissed off okay just look at the following extract and you'll know why.
Prob read from the bottom to up as this is several emails replies and stuff.. I even asked them why dont they block boredofstudies sarcastically and their reply is...*no comment* have a look

The department of Education has a nice filtering system. Please block this site… If you cannot tell, I am being sarcastic. Why block other forums, let alone uncategorized sites, when you fail at monitoring what content is in the allowed sites?
