That just reminded me of this chinese food....... congealed pigs blood.......

It's absolutely disgusting... they sometimes serve it at yumcha and you see it wobbling on the trays... then you see someone EAT IT... like dude wtf is wrong with you...

hahaha dont they serve it in congee as well in chinese restaurants?

as long as it tastes good, then it doesnt matter.
