Forgetting your pin ;_; (1 Viewer)

Haha so I forgot my pin, called the BoS centre to help find it... but after I follow through all the steps, there's a loud beeping noise and then silence LOL
anyone else getting this?

You can reset it online.
It's a one of thing.
