I met someone on Saturday. Who was everything I want in looks and personality. My type, materialised. We hooked up and long story short, today is the 3rd day, he hadn't called me yet. He's meant to call me by 3 days, and I aaaaaaached.

Against all the He's Just Not That Into You and other fuckwit books and against all girlfriend advice, I WAS PURELY HONEST WITH WHAT I WANTED.

SO I CALLED HIM

I refused to believe that EVEN THOUGH I found someone who amazed me in such a way, culture and society was telling me that I should sit still and wait for him to call me. And if he doesn't, that's it.

NOW I'm going on a date with him on Saturday night BECAUSE I DIDN'T LET THE OPPORTUNITY SLIDE RIGHT BY ME BECAUSE A FUCKING GIRLY MOVIE TOLD ME NOT TO CALL HIM.

Just do what you want to do.
Don't play games or play hard to get or whatever. You want what you want, don't fuck it up by being dishonest about it.
