I've been slacking school lately and it has reflected
on my subject ranks...

I've only been here in Australia for 2 years and yeah until
now i'm still trying to figure out how HSC system works..
it's driving me kerrr-azyyy!

Since i'm staying in Australia for good,
i've just come to realize that i really wanna do well on
this HSC one since this opportunity comes once in our lives
and the only way to get into uni.. lol (Yeahhh no i don't wanna go to TAFE)

Here are my ranks atm..
Biology - 28/40
Gen. Maths - 68/80
Food Tech - 13/24
Senior Science - 18/24
English Standard - 24/61

School Rank - Around 280 - 300 Lol.

I knowww it's embarassing!
And i suck at maths big time!

What's your guesstimate?
Is there a chance for me to get an ATAR atleast 70?

I know this is embarassing to say but my target aim
for ATAR is around 70-75. I changed my mind before it was 75+

Is it too late to make a change? You know if i study and work more harder..


OH and another question!
If i did really well in my HSC, let's say if i got Band 5's and 6's
will it help to scale my ATAR up?

Is it true that if you did really well on your school assessments and did reaaally bad on the HSC there's a high possibility that your ATAR will scale down?

Please read the articles on this website re: ATAR/Scaling. You've got it completely wrong. And with those ranks it'd be hard to get 75.

i reckon you can change those ranks by acing the trials
just remember trials are a HUGE chunk of marks- u ace them, u can guarantee to boost your ranks up.
