Sorry, don't have the answer but thanks for bringing this up.... I've been unsure about this myself.

Usually when people say gearing they use % as it also makes it easier to analyse/compare. A ratio can be inferred from it.

Update got feedback from an HSC marker its better to leave as a percentage.

You leave them all as a percentage except the current ratio.

I always used % form as it was easier to analyse, especially if the industry standard statistic was given in % form.
