At least your not the only one. Majority of the students are failing this subject in which the 2 Unit people always make fun of us General students. :(

I did general last year and was told it scaled down...my school/average mark was about 85 but my final hsc mark was 94.

Definitely recommend using past papers as practice.

I think some topics are very challenging but it's true practice makes it perfect :) So if I don't get something I go over my notes then do as many exercises as possible. It really works.

Its cause 2 unit maths stuff is really different to the maths stuff in general. But I guess most of the ex 2 unit students are always ranked in the top 10 or something.

yea it is really different
sometimes when i do a question, i think too logically, when all i need to do is think more generally!
but yea my teacher said some people just keeping failing behind in general even though they were from 2u
dw, i'll smash them all :p

I think overall I'm probably coming 2nd to 4th. Came first in trials with 73% which is pretty low. It's really just a matter of practicing and reading the question.
