Since we have some pretty experienced physics students here, to what extent do we discuss General relativity in the HSC course?

Zero. HSC only goes as far as Special Relativity.

I almost bought a general relativity book form Kinokuniya, the equations are so sexy <3

I had a general relativity question in my trials. Definitely won't come up in HSC though so don't worry
