I found the test fair. I'm not the smartest of kids but I'm sure not the dumbest. My cohort found the test fair to easy (rank ~120). However over half of my class had no clue what they were doing. Most didn't prepare which will reflect on their mark. As for myself, I crammed 2 days prior -.-, and found the test sound, and mostly doable, however my weakest point was finance, which is where I fell off. I'd expect a band 5, with the help of my internal rankings, so hope all goes well. But yeah, overall test was better than I expected and am relieved that it's all over.

External Debt - low levels of gearing - make use of debt - etc

External Debt. Because the business had low gearing (higher proportion of equity) they could use debt. I said a commercial bill.

I put leasing, but i think i wrote the business is high geared T.T

haha don't worry plenty of people in our exam room (not my school) go to sleep after 1 hours! A few were snoring. They had to mark "not attempted" on their extended responses. Loosers!

U'd use internal retained profits

Low gearing = Highly solvent, ie has large amounts of funds, and it was to take over smaller chains.

Why would u dilute your firm to get more money when you already have it..

Use equity finance, nice 100raw mark <3

I think Debt Finance is allowed.

You have to DISCUSS. i.e. advantages and disadvantages for your selected one so you can present the argument for any.

So I think debt or equity (external sources) and retained (internal sources) are all valid.
