Why did people find the probability Q hard? Probability is my weakest topic (entirely neglected in 4U) and I thought that it was a standard binomial probability Q (something you find in textbooks)
Um I dont think the last probability q was a binomial? It asked for the prob that A will win eventually. The binomial was in Q11 and yeah was pretty standard

OH btw I did the related rates q with implicit differentiation (worked out beautifully). Will that be accepted?

Yeah you GP sum P(win 1st) + P (2nd) + ... (this part reminded me of binomial not sure why)

I identified that it was a gp but couldn't knock the answer out. Will this obtain a mark?

OMG I DID THAT but for some reason it didn't work

i always confuse myself with the expression of the last term

I got the last part by just taking your answer to part i as the first term and r^2 the common ratio, then sum to infinity
