Yeah I think it would align to 100, and if they separate people for state ranks, that's only for state rank purposes and wouldn't be shown officially on your HSC results.

I left it as 2000/sqrt(cot^2(13)-cot^2(15)) and came back to it and wrote 910

Unlikely I think. The Q. was just 1 mark anyway (assuming you mean the max. speed one), so it'd be harsh if they took of the mark for no units. I think they just wanted the right number.
