My goodness, drawing that graph took nearly half an hour. Making it pass through the required points + borderline OCD = Much frustration and time wasted.

A lot of questions required a lot time to do eg. the graphs that Carrotsticks is mentioning about. :/
Not feeling the best about this, quite difficult I must say.
Still think I can get a 75 raw but that may be farfetched

Anyone have the solution to the last integration?

Find the integral of lnx/(1+lnx)^2 dx

Is it a substitution of some sort?

Really need pity marks otherwise gg for q16 inequalities. Other than that I think I went alright, max raw about 94 because I bsed my way through a lot of proofs.

No probability :D :D :D

Add one, minus one for the numerator. Then you can split it. You end up getting the original integral twice and you use IBP for the last bit so the answer is x/(1+lnx) iirc

Overall, I found it an easier paper than previous years

but i found myself stuck in the whole "hsc exam" type atmosphere/stress

I'll be happy with an ~85 raw, ~80 raw is probably more accurate

I did that but I couldn't integrate 1/(lnx+1)^2 :(

I tried u = lnx, and x = e^(u) and IBP, but alas i did not succeed, and doubt I will get any marks for working
