Aerobic training zone is between 70-85% MHR and 50-70% VO2 max. So the question was perfect.

Yea i think a lot of people wouldnt of known the inflammatory response only such a small part but i studied it :).

answer (c) for 16 in the m/c said 85% VO2 max, 80% max HR

not enough room for injury and diabetes indetification of health priority areas???but overall it was pretty straight-forward exam!!

23 b in the health of young people was a tricky question, but i think i got round it. anyone else agree?

yes i agree. overall the exam was pretty good, MC was easy, didn't like the options very much but think i answered them alright.

could someone post the MC answers with the questions so i can see how i went? we weren't allowed to take our MC paper out of exam
