at this rate, by the end of the semester, there wouldnt probably be anyone sitting the final exam :p

um if you wanna find out whether a subject has summer school, then go to timetable builder, and itll show you when it is offered
i remember at the top of my head that 33290 (stats) is offered in summer school
Ok thanks, I think I might go speak to ken brown again just to make sure its all possible. If all goes well this time tomorrow I will be burning everything remotely related to materials science (except the textbook, id better try and sell that)

haha but he has no choice..unless he wants to stay an extra semester, which is i dont think he really wants to do

33290 is offered in summer session however you will have one month of proper holidays.
but doing one subject over the holidays is really nothing...6 hour weeks means he still has plenty of time for a social life...heck he wont be as bored as much and has something productive to do

Dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee SDP.

I'm averaging about 15 hours a week on it ~_~ Sucks so much. I haven't been able to sleep before midnight in weeks now. I don't think I will until the mid-semester break. :mad1:

SDP is definately not a subject I'm looking forward to doing... 12 credit points on a project is shit-scary. I need to do it in Spring, 2008. Still have ages to go..

Did anyone else have to evacuate UTS Haymarket at around 11:40am because they did a fire drill?

They have MPO exams now??

And database shouldn't be too hard. I remember my pass/fail test. Takes you a few minutes to do.

Good luck to you both :)

hey i wanna drop materials too. its so fucking shit. as ive said to jemsta before haha.
yeh im so angry at like the whole crew that organise that subject, i was gonna complain officially to the registrar about it, but truth be told even if it gets better in terms of being organized i still wont wanna do it. anyways, my question is
a) do they offer it in summer. if i drop it, what will i do instead and all that
b) can u still drop a subject after uve paid ur fees, and get the money back? (i hope) i jst got them paid a few days ago..:S
