Out of curiousity, when are you notified about ur 2nd interview? my friend did his interview 2 business days after the closing date for the accounting division and is still waiting for them to respond.
I received an email from Shanan Green (with whom i had my interview) telling me that they were finalising 1st round interviews and discussing them with hiring managers across the bank. She said that she would be calling within 10 days.

Did you hear back from them jasee? I haven't heard anything and it's been ten days since the email was sent, unless she meant business days, which is quite possible. I dunno....

My friend said it was more of a discussion than an interview.

Psychometric test is after 3rd interview.

Not really sure, i remember him mentioning something about the bank's investment style.

Also i wouldn't be too worried about the psychometric test cos apparently they've never declined an applicant due to a poor performance in it.

do we need to know the style or will the interviewer be discussing it with me? i applied for the risk management section....how will that affect my interview?
