hey guys,
i was wondering if anyone knows any books/sites about buying investment properties that are really helpful like investment properties for dummies or something?
and out of curiosity who has an investment property at the moment and how did you do it?

Book is soley on the essence of income producing properties which is referred to as 'postive gearing', if that is wat u seek it is a must read.
