Hello im current in year 1o and applying for Giraween for year 11. Does anyone who has previously done the HAST have any tips on how to study for it cause I really badly want to get in thanks!

for hast, there are 4 section (like yr7 selective test), u cant really prepare for it, u can do some yr7 ga exams cause the difficulty for the abstract section is similar to that of selective. For math is more of just problem solving skills, so u can just find math papers which are suited to problems solving. Comprehension and writing is just if your good a reading fast while taking in the content.

yep, and for the actual application i think they care about the hast test results more than anything else.

True, how did you study for it and how long did you study for it. I tried it last year and I flopped it haha
